broken spindle and hub on mystery MF tractor

I have a Massey Ferguson TRactor which I was told was a MF 40 Industrial. It is a yello painted over with MF Red. serial # 9A 128331 with a MF32 loader. The left wheel nearly fell off yesterday . The hub casing fractured and once the parts were off and cleaned the damage was considerable, The spindle was badly scored and the inside was full of shrapnel in grease. The length of the spindle is 11.0" with and OD of about 1.5". The outer bearing ID is 1.25" and is shiny. The inner bearing diameter is about 1.62" but is chewed up. The threaded end is 7/8". Obviously I need all new parts, spindle, bearing set, hub. My problem is I can't find a match for these diameters and I am really not positive I have a MF 40. What do I do? Is the front axle solid or adjustable ? Could be a 40B. Is there 2 steering cylinders mounted on the front axle?

If you are talking about a front axle spindle on a tractor, give Abilene Machinery a call, they have a website. I needed an oddball spindle for a Case tractor this summer and the guy I talked to was very helpful and had one in stock. I just gave him all the measurements on the old one.

I have a 202 work bull industrial , I think they went to a 204 series. I'll try to check later
