Drinking coffee while lawnmowing

While balancing a bouncing cup of coffee while mowing, I wondered about this 60+ years of 5-6 cups per day. It calculates out to 6000 gallons more or less. Yuk! I had figured I smoked 10,000 packs of cigarettes by the time I gave it up. Double Yuk!! Did not drive the millions of miles like some of us did. FWIW and not much! Leo

itch the calculator before it becomes a habit, too!

I use a tall slim insulated cup with a snap on lid that fits in my cup holder if I want coffee while mowing. But I seldom drink coffee after breakfast, and that's too early to mow.)

I quit smoking in 1975 and I take about three minutes to drink my morning coffee, so I don't need to think about juggling anything.

One morning about 10 years ago, I had enough of one of my employees antics. He always had a coffee cup in one hand and a cigarette in the other. I asked him which hand he used to work with when the other 2 are busy. He thought I was joking and replied something about what I could do with MY hand.

What followed is now a company legend.

And hardly anyone smokes OR drinks coffee in my presence.

And now we all want to know, what DID you do with your hands? Inquiring minds need to know...
