Can you reprogram the remote unlockers for trucks because I have 2 for mine and my dad just got a new used truck and doesn't have one for it they're both fords I have a rnger he has a f150 any help is appreciated thanks

Yes but with the Fords you usually need two key or two fobs to unlock the program to add one, directions are in you owner's manual. The other alternative is to take it to a dealer or a locksmith that does them, they have other ways to access the computer and program devices.

If it is possible, get ready to spend a buck or two. I simply had the dealer look up, not re-program, my keyless entry keypad number I had forgotten. $55.

Locksmith that does cars was cheaper then the dealer for us. We had the fobs for a 2004 F150 programmed for a 2000 Explorer. And when done they would open either.

Yes, take them to a locksmith. Far cheaper and better than a dealer. Buy the whole thing from a locksmith, but do not get clone keys if you have a transponder. A good locksmith has factory originals.

Yeah, and people call politicians crooks.

Thanks to all the replies my Google it and we found out how
it was real easy just turn the key back and forth 8 times on
the eight leave it in the run position and hold the lock button
down on the remote for 20 seconds
