Old Rear Tires

I put them on CL for free. Last one left in less than a day. Little gal had to tie it on her car and go 20 miles or so to a suburban area- I can imagine the looks she got going home.....

Every spring our county has a collection for old tires. I take mine there. Can't remember what it costs, maybe $15/tractor rear.

The quickest way, around here, would be leave them in sight of the road, with a FOR SALE $40.00 sign, they would be stolen shortly
I did give away 2 at a time two different times to young guys that flipped them to work out ????

I really need a nice matched set of 11.2 x 36 tires, or one bad one that will at least hold a tube with air. Have anything good? Where are you? Bryce

I have a pretty good 12.4 I'd swap for a 11.2 Safemark or comparable tire, but I'm way down here in SW Missouri. Trying to get a pair of decent 11.2's on "Hank." I have one on him, (8N). Sorry, no 36's at all.

It was on a White I bought at an auction- one side had been replaced and the other side, while it looked good, had been poked at one time and had a boot in it. We used it for a few hours and noticed the boot was poking out further and the cords were ripping apart at the slice. The hole at this point was something larger than a silver dollar, but getting bigger. This tractor was going to be in corn stubble and mowing, so I sort of figured I'd best replace it while it was still up rather than when I needed it to haul silage wagons.

Have a set on cc case 36 on cutoffs in iowa near waterloo . I own tractor have not picked it up yet call if interested 812 699 0011 Might make deal to some one to deliver the tractor to southwest ind.

I have 6 spare 11.2 x 28 tires. I think I have a matched set that are at about 80%. If I remember correctly, they are "Coop Super Power Plus" tires... Just a V tread. One tire is on a rim, and is filled with calcium, the other is just the tire. Interested? Bryce

cut'em down the middle all the way around & make 2 flowerbeds. They cut easy once you make it thru the tire. Old butcher knife or hunting knife & 5 minutes later they're in 2 pieces.

Around here if there is any life left in a tire at all, even if it needs a boot and some bolts and a sheet metal plate patch to hold it together, someone will take it. Most will pay good money. I bought a 15.5x38 3 years ago, just about bald, paid around $150.00 and was glad to be able to get the tire.

Cut around the sidewalls with a carpet knife to cut the bead rings out of them, so they don't hold water. Then put on Craigslist as horse feeders. Works great for feeding small squares.
