Proper tie down?

You guys are always telling us how to properly tie down a load. Is this correct?

Nope, it violates the general principle of tying down at four points and front to back - but it is better than nothing!
 
This ought to be listed as "today's Funny", that's classic - got a good laugh out of that one.

What's scary is that you never know whether that's a joke or someone's serious attempt at tying down a load.
 
Not legal the strap is outside the rub rail. You should have tied to the tie ring in the deck. You asked. LOL
