Me too! I'm just going to drill post holes and set posts for the new pen. That's like a day off around here!

Used to be September was the month that I could take it easy,do a few odd projects that I'd put off all spring and summer. Then I put up the bunker silo and started putting up silage instead of just feeding dry hay. Haven't had a day off in September since.

That is what I like to hear. When my grand parents where alive and still farming. They would always take Sundays off. They would always show up in church and stand around after church listening and talking to every body that was there. Sunday is a day to be off not at work. Grandpa words was just that. Brent

My Grand dad always said that what you thought you gained on Sunday, you lost on Monday! I stay in my collared shirt and nice slacks after church. Try not to do anything that changing clothes would be a good idea! Usually makes for a relaxing day!
