I was wandering about long dipstick for trans.,about 2 inches from bottom of dipstick there is a notch on the dipstick is this where the trans. level should be? and is it possible the hydraulic fluid can bleed into the trans?

Your 611B is a torque converter driven tractor. Bring the oil level up to the mark on the dipstick with tractor idling in neutral. Type A tranny fluid or HyTran.
The 3pt piston can have a leaking seal and allow hydraulic oil from the resivoir in the torque tube to migrate into the rear housing.
Drop down to the CASE board and post there for further info.

I wan't to make sure we are talking about the same dip stick for the trans. this dip stick is long and round and has like a factory notch in it about 2 inches from the bottom of the stick. The hydraulic dip stick sits in front of the shifter to the right of it. I found a leak coming from the PTO area up high on the pto there is like a small shift rod that comes out I am assuming this is like a little shifter for possibly a 2 speed pto. It is leaking out of there. If that notch on the trans. dip stick is for the trans. level someone has really overfilled the trans. I have taken out 4 gallons and it would take another gallon to get it down to that notch on the dipstick
