I am looking for the shaft going from the gear box to the rotary mower for a Ford 940 mower. The Ford 940 was produced by BMB Corporation out of Houlton, Kansas and was purchased by Alamo Group in the 1980’s
The Ford 940 was actually a BMB XL5 and XL6.
The gearbox assembly was P/N 6143 for gearboxes with a splined input shaft and P/N 6144 for gearboxes with the round shaft that utilized a shear bolt.
