haven't cut a blade. Talk about prophetic. One little breakdown after another. Taking a break, thinking I got it licked...but not going to say because I think I jinxed myself this morning!

I just finished. Had a few lose guards and knives,the usual last day stuff. 68 acres on the ground all at once. Now watch it cloud up and rain.

5pm here and just finished laying down my 6 acres of second cut grass. The grass was laying in the dirt and I spent more time in reverse unplugging it than I did actually making progress, cut really good when I was moving west, the other directions not so much. I really wish I could justify a disc mower.

Just finished. Really had me chasing my tail for a bit but I got it down. If you are planning on doing your rain dance kindly keep it over on your side of the mitten! I think we may be OK though.

I had a break down too. Broke a tine bar in the reel, right in the middle. Fortunately I had a piece of shaft for it. Got it assembled and welded up and went back at it till I got done.
