If you can get it apart, the 0 rings may be available at your local NAPA or other car parts store.
Ggot ones for our NewIdea/Horn that way. They had to cut and splice a couple of them. Working OK so far.

Even if you do discover the make/model, existence of manuals is doubtful, and availability of parts through the mother company probably non-existent. I see you got it apart- take the O-rings in to someone who sells them, like a bearing house or NAPA, they can probably measure them and sell them by size, rather than by application.

I went to a distributor of O-rings to get a size not available at the hardware store. They asked me how many thousand I wanted. Bought a couple extras in case I ever needed them.

Take the gland nut, or contact them with measurements, to Zatkoff. They sell the seals and o rings by the piece.
