I am not making any promises but they look very similar to lady bug larvae. If this is the case then you do not have a problem. Get your chemical dealer rep out for an in-person look at the field.

I looked up lady bug larvae on Google images and I believe that is what you have as ny 896 said

you do not have a pest but a beneficial bug. It is new ladybug and their favorite food is aphids that are eating your beans. be happy you have them lucky.
