MT Hydraulic valve body

My MT leaks oil between the valve housing and the reservoir. Isn"t there supposed to be a gasket between these two parts? It also leaks from the left lever where the shaft enters the valve body. Is there a seal inside that needs attention?

Try going to jdpc.deere.com.

Search for MT in the model and do an exact model search. You should get the 848-Model M as one of the results. Open it up and voila....parts list and diagrams. Looks like page 60-12 might have what you need to know.
