agri power 8000 parts

I have an agri power 8000 that I recently purchased. It actually is a nice old tractor. While I was hauling fire wood with it, it dropped a cylinder. I pulled the valve cover and I see that the exhaust valve spring broke. Does anybody know where I can find parts?

There's an ad in my local craigslist for an Agri Power 9000 that seems to imply that it is the same as a "Fiat 900."

They sure look similar in pictures. Not sure what dealer can get actual Fiat parts, though.

There was a very low hour Agripwer that sat behind a local dealer for years.WhenI inquired about it,they said the clutch was out of it.They said there were no parts available.Thats why it was 'abandoned'.Hope you have better luck...

I think I'd at least ask at a CaseIH dealer if it really is a Fiat built.

Some of the Agri-power models were built by Zetor.

Try going to a good older well established automotive machine shop. They may be able to order the spring or find one that is similar enough to work. Update. Did a little research on the net. Seems if your tractor is off white its a Fiat and if its red its a Zetor. Google Agri Power 8000, some info is available on them.

I have the 7000, 8000, and 9000 models. The first two have the same engine, but the 8000 runs a bit faster. Fiat made models are 700E, 800E, and 9000E. I have purchased some parts from Menards in Wisconsin, and recently head gaskets from S. Dakota. CNH may be able to help too, engine is a 330 cid four. My 7000 should go boom sometime as it has a turbo and PTO clutch slips at 180 HP. Have been pulling it about six years. Got it cheap, is fun to play with as no one knows much about them.

Usually weight it 6000 to 7500 LB, a fun light toy. Have an even stronger MF Super 90 that gets down to 5000 LB, both tractors ugly as sin with little paint. Want to turbo the six cylinder 9000 next summer if time allows for 7500-8500 LB classes. Dave Stangle years ago driving MM G-1000 "Solid Junk" was my idol! LOL

I think I remember that tractor, was propane and pulled in Pa. looked like crap and pulled like he!!. Chuck
