Cub Touch Control

68 Lo Boy touch control lever will not move. Tractor was setting very several months & now the lever for the touch control is stuck. Check the fluid level & is full. I tried to pry the arm, but it will not move.

Remove the pin on the linkage then you will know if the lever is froze or the unit before you break something.

I did that & the lever will move. I tried prying against the arm that goes into the hyd unit.

Any other ideas.
