MH44 3 point

I bought a category 2 3 point that fit my MH44. I think it was off a 444, and did not include cylinder. I built an adapter so I could connect it to the cultivator lift cylinder.

Let see a larger photo. Did it work? And last of all is this set up like I remember the PTO is too high to work with three point implements? Saw a nice 444 on CL today for an offer . Was pretty tempted as it had wide front end. Would like to fix one up like yours.

The PTO is really to high to be useful. MH made a custom top link that had a hole in it for the shaft to go through.

It has to be off of a 44 Special or it has to be what is called a plow hitch. This is the one that came with a mounted plow for a 44. The 3pth off of a 444 is different in the way it mounts and will not fit on a 44 or 44 Special.
