Dinner from the garden tonight

Knocked it out of park tonight. Soft tacos with fresh eggs, sautéed fresh onion, just picked sliced tomatoes and cheese. Side dish of garden cantaloupe. Kids had are own sweet corn. Man I like living in the country. Everyone's happy!

that sounds good to me! I like to make tomato salad,,,,cut up ripe tomatoes,fresh basil,from the garden,,,,olive oil,red wine or cider vinegar,kosher salt.pepper,and some garlic,sliced onions if you want,let it sit for a while before you dig in, AND I still like yellow summer squash gently boiled,then some butter ,salt and pepper
