Can anyone help me with this tractor?

I have a Cockshutt 30... I believe. But I don't really know what year or anything about this tractor..might be in the 1950's era? I do have a VIN if it helps. The pic is posted below. Any information would be so helpful. Thanks everyone.

Here is the pic of the tractor. VIN is **-**19841. Thanks.

They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

There's no magic or special access required. Here's how to look up serial numbers for yourself in the future:

Right click on the yesterday's tractor logo at the top of this page and select "open in new tab" or "open in new window".

That takes you to the home page of this site. Then down the left side are a bunch of links. Scroll down to "serial numbers" and click on it.

Click on "Cockshutt" or whatever brand tractor you have. Select the model of your tractor.

If your serial number is higher than one year and lower than the next, your tractor was made in the year its serial number is higher than.

In your case, the relevant starting serials would be...

1949 - 17370
1950 - 26417

Yours being 19841, is right between those two, making it a 1949 model.

Christie,

I would sure like to buy that tractor. I will bring cash. I live in central Wisconsin. Have a knowledgeable Cockshutt person at the "International Cockshutt Club" suggest a price for you. I will give that tractor a nice and secure home in my shop.
