rebuilding AC wd-45 from the ground up

I purchased a "57" WD-45 along with a 3 bottom plow several years ago. I tore them down and removed all old paint and rust. I had several health issues during the past 3 years and now I'm starting to put them back together. Guess what? I've forgotten where some of the parts go on both tractor and plow. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

James,
Welcome to YTMAG.
First of all you might find more AC specific help on the AC board. Click on the link below.
Secondly you will have to do more to tell us which parts you aren't sure about where they go.
That or learn how to post pictures here so folks can see what you need.
Lastly, knowing where you live would help too.
You might find there is someone here who lives close by you and could stop by to give you some pointers.

James, I know the feeling! But one thing I've found, don't stand there looking at the pile of parts, it will be overwhelming... Instead just start putting things back together, one part at a time, it will all start coming back to you.

In fact, I always have quite the opposite problem, instead of having left over parts, it turns into "I know something goes here, now where is it?" LOL

If you don't have a shop manual, get one! It will be the best investment you'll make.

Enjoy you're rebuild, ask questions, let us know the progress!

I&T publishes a service manual...AC 11, and a parts manual would be a big benefit as well. Posting pics here or on the AC board would help as well.

Jim,
Go to a site called "Grandpa's Tractor .com" and look in the "parts and manuals" section for WD 45 parts book. It's a 1979 version of agco, with 300 pages of pictures of just about any assembly you can imagine. (parts numbers also) click on "download as you wish." This has been a great help to me.
