JD 40U realistic value

I have an opportunity to purchase a john deere 40U, not running, that has been sitting in a barn for 10+ years. The sheet metal is all present and straight with no major rust. It appears one rear tire was replaced at some point and time but the other three appear original, dry rotted and flat. It is still a 6 volt system that hasn"t been monkey"d up. I"d like to know the ball park for a realistic price to offer. Any suggestions?

assuming it has all the drawbar parts, and all the 3-pt pieces,
$1100.

3pt and drawbar is complete and all the lights are complete.

Live hydraulics, can be optioned with open center 1100psi scv. Transmission driven pto. No power steering. 4 speed trany.
