Howmany bales of hay have you made/willyou make this year?

This year has been a trial, too many rain events. So far I have made 680 big round bales of hay, with a possible 150 more hay and 500 straw to go.I will get nothing done this week due too rain everyday. How about everyone else ? Bruce

About 750 round bales of first cutting. I was just given a little more,probably 50 bales there. Most likely will be 120 or so of oat straw,300 to 350 I'd guess of second cutting and third if there is any.

over 12000 small square and 200 rolls,going to start some more second cut next week doin 3rd on alfalfa,and some ograss then startvup on all the pasture hay 2nd

Right now have very close to 600 big bale and still have 15 acres left. Probably a little shy of
700 when done. Broke down right now.

We have about 3000 squares in the barn right now and a 9 x 200 bag filled, and almost done with first crop. Normally we're done with second and looking at third by now. Normally we also may only make 2000 bales total and fill a bag or maybe 1 1/2 bags.

Still have around 1000 or 1200 bales to go to finish first crop.

I,m pretty close to 12000 bales so far. 8000 for me and nearly 4000 for neighbors. Another 6000 of first to go and I'll see what I get for second cut. Hopefully we get more weather.

We baled 1100 4X5 round bales this year. Usually bale around 800. Cleaned up the baler today and will put it in the barn tomorrow.

LOL I'm the small guy here! Just starting the family farm back up I need about 30 2000 pound rounds. That should be enough to have a few left over. I've got 21 now and I will have a 2nd cutting on 7 acres and a cutting on another 10 for a first ever cutting.

My BIL and nephew filled a 30x80 silo and made 300 rounds (1K pounds) on their first cutting.

Baler just rolled out over 700 this year looks like around the 1100 to 1200 rounds for the year.

So far 114 small square bales. I am only cutting enough at one time to make between 18 to 30 bales at a time. All of that is here at the house. I drilled 4 acres for new hay into wheat this spring up at the farm. I didn't get a good catch so will have to drill in more see the end of Aug. Grand son has about 100 bales on a wagon he baled for me off a small patch in my warehouse. He took another 100 from that patch at the same time and fed to his cattle. I need to get at least another 300 bales in the warehouse to keep from buying hay.

Haven't got much yet. Broken equipment and now rain. Need 200 plus rounds and would like to get at least 600 small squares in the mow.

Still trying to get the first cut in.
240 rounds made so far. about 6-700 to go.
Don't no how many i actually will get.
Got another baler,..makes bigger heavier bales.

I'm shooting for 5-6 thousand small squares this year, but only have half of it up so far. Between having a full time job 90 miles from home, and the Central NY weather this year, I'm way behind.
