Made 179,4foot6inchx4foot bales on this farm,30 miles from home. Had about half presold, so doing some deliveres today. Almost half the hay hauled off now, looking for that last load. The deck of the truck is real slippery , so I have to be sure to get the bales strapped down tight .Bruce

Just finished my second cut on Friday, Bruce....averaged just better than 8 bales per acre.....we are too dry here at present and the grass is seeding so we have to cut...plus I am heading out your way and I needed the grass harvested so I can get a 3rd cut!

Looks like a good crop and nice machinery.

How is the kubota working out, any regrets, or wish you would of boughten one sooner? I have talked with a few who have them, it seems to be either love or hate.

Nice looking set up.

How do you keep the back bales in the bottom layer from rolling off the back when you put the upper layer on?

The Kubota is working well. It is a very nice cab to work in, much better visibility then my 5140CaseIH had, especially for loader work. The AC unit in the head liner obstructed your view when putting the bales on the second layer. Bruce
