Toro Tractor

Would appreciate any information about Toro Tractors. Mine is a 1962 model I believe (per the serial # 37025 _ _ _ _ _) that has a rear bucket. It has dual rear wheels, hydraulic brakes, heavy rear end, Continental engine. Converted to parading tractor that seats 4. Runs and drives. Selling August 23, 2014 and would like to pass info on to buyer about this nice vintage tractor.

Sounds like a "General" with the dump box. The other model was the Bullet. My dad sold the last Bullet made in 1959. They used surplus WW II Ford engines and Ford drive train. I don't know if they continued making them into the 60's using Continental engines or not. Toro is alive and well and I'm sure could help you out. I think there might even be a website dedicated to the Toro Bullet and General tractors. They were like a hot rod in high gear and would do about 40 MPH if you were brave enough. LoL

Hey Good morning...
Thanks very much for the info.
Toro serial # stamped on right side frame, and on metal tag on right dash: 37025 10160. ....
Continental motor: F 227 4230 37784,
Dually rear wheels.
Runs and drives.
Bucket, removed from truck, is selling separately.

So, as much information I can have to provide with the tractor by August 23, 2014 (sale day), I'm sure will be very appreciated.

Thanks again, D.B.
