R Check Boling Green Ky Craig List, farm and garden . One of your oliver 1250s looks perfect for $2650.00 Looks over priced to me LOL but the way you guys go for those green appels might be something that turns you on. I can go get it for you about two hours from me.
 
Pretty little thing. From the look of the distributor cap it a 3 cylinder. That's one of the good ones. Probably won't find a nicer one.

I told you they just don't sell around here, doubt that he gets that for it. Thought you would like it. Shame the girl from Califorina could not have got something like that. Have a good one, warming up in these parts//like just plain hot, thanks for posting the link I have not got that goo yet.
 
I don't know that it would be easy to get that for it here,but I wish it was within 150 miles or so instead of 550,I'd make an offer. I like nice originals and oddballs,that one is both rolled in to one.
I've been listening to WSM online now and then. The forecasts have said temps in the 90s. I'll be down there in two weeks. Hope it cools a LITTLE bit by then.
 
Ya,you'd look long and hard to find a nicer original. The seat even looks good. Says 1600 hours but the tach broke. I'd say not all that many hours ago.
 
I would like to see a better shot of how he did the GM alternator. I have one (gas) that is not charging. As you know, the governor is built onto the back of the 24 volt generator. Could you wire the GM alt. to charge each of the 12 volt batteries? I am trying to figure how you could do that. Did he change the 24 volt starter. Just wondering. They are pretty good tractors otherwise, I believe.

That caught my eye too. The way it's mounted,it would turn backwards. I didn't know you could do that. Learn something new every day.
 
Forecast is for the mid 80s NEXT week but Don,t know about your week. Hope you have a good trip, what did you decide to drive?
