This thing pops up multiple times wheneverI am on the YT forums. I use Firefox and have it set to block pop-ups. Does anyone else have this happen? Anybody know how to disable it? I have to leave the sound muted because it pops up so much. Would it be something that the site owners have stuck in?

sounds like you got some malware on your system. what kind of anti virus software are you running? the add is not from yt.

Highly doubtful it's YT's fault--I also use Firefox and don't get it. Most likely it's adware or malware of some sort on your computer. Run Malwarebytes or a similar cleaner and see what that turns up.

I just loaded Malwarebytes and ran it. It found 800+ items of bad stuff!! So far, Crackle.com has not popped up. Thanks for the help.

I never get pop-ups. Wonder if it's cause I don't have a e-mail address on this computer.

I run Malwarebytes & Avast antivirus and I never have popups on YT. Suggest you try them.

I was having a similar problem with Firefox last year. I uninstalled the version I had and installed the latest version. No more problem.
