NAA Ford Wiring to 12-volt system

I have a NAA Ford which I am converting to 12-volt.
I have a 1984 Ford Ranger Alternator which requires an external Voltage Regulator, which I bought from NAPA. The Alternator posts are Grd, Bat, Flo, Sta. The Voltage Regulator tabs are I, A, S, F. However I do not know how to wire them. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 12-volt system? Thank you for your help.

Here"s a simple way to wire the alternator and regulator.

Outside of the wiring from the solenoid to the neutral safety start switch and any lights desired it"s that simple.

Do you require an ammeter?

(quoted from post at 12:37:31 07/23/14) Yes, I have an ammeter. Do I use the output wire from the alternator to thread through the ammeter?
No, I wouldn't as that connection will only display alternator output, never a battery drain from loads, etc. I would use the conventional "net" reading ammeter arrangement, where it will display current into the battery (charging) as + and current out of the battery (discharging) as - . Took a little liberty (as always :) with Bob's mighty fine drawing and added the 'net' ammeter wiring.
