You have been doing this all your life. I don't have to tell you what you already know. The sun will come out again and things will trend up as often as they trend down. Happy to exchange cliches with you all day if you want. Hard year yes. But the next few will look SOOOO much better by comparison. Trust me...it is still better than sitting in a "cube farm" all day.

Someone once told me that a positive attitude will get you a long way in this world. I never tried it, but they say it works. lol

Same thoughts here: quit rain, chores, when do I dare to cut the next field?

Haying this season hsa been an exercise in frustration.

I try. If not,I'd have done myself in by now.

Here's the latest. When the tire guy was here yesterday,I asked him to suck the chloride out of the tires on that Oliver 500. Figured if I'm going to haul it around and show it,it might as well be lighter. He had some trouble with the stem on one. Told me I might want to put a new tube in that one. He gave me a new stem for it. I said OK,let's just pump it up and see what happens. He said alright, but he'd bring another tube when he comes back anyway. This morning,it was flat. So just taking the chloride out cost me a new tube and some labor. Any bets on what shape the rim will be in when he breaks it down?

I already know. One thing I could count on with my OLD tire guys..

1) No tube is ever in good enough condition to be reused.

2) MOST rims will be "too rough to use".

3) Won't reinstall that old tire, have to buy a new one. Not safe.

These guys would faint if they saw some of the stuff we see. I have one tire on the SMTA that looks like it is turning to stone.
