i googled "shroud for a 340b ford tractor" and my post popped up. DH says he see's my post like that all the time. i guess ytc loves their forums cause they bring in folks. hmmm.... maybe how i found ytc in the first place.

You just found out why some subjects are taboo. A search for certain things that the owners of this site don't want their tractor parts site associated with brings people searching for those topics here.

Some forums let you see who is online looking at your posts.

For example, right now, the 24hourcampfire forum shows in the right hand sidebar, in addition to members and un-registered guests, 493 "spiders" which are the bots used by search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and many more worldwide, but also government agencies like the FBI, NSA, etc.

They are not identified because they operate anonnimously, but it is a staggering number.

I have found that on many pics I google ..
sometimes if you click on a certain pic it makes
it larger then it gives you options to visit Page

Last year my brother and I were changing his 800
Ford to diesel I was posting pictures of the
progress on the Ford forum. My bro, not being a
regular YTer does a google search to find out how
set the fuel timing on a Ford diesel and it came up
with a picture of him working on his tractor.

I am assuming they pay for this, so that when a search is made, this site comes up on the first page, I have done the same thing, careful what you post, someone may not participate here but will stumble upon it and see your post.

I see the editors struck early this morning, the post by Rollie PA is no more LOL, and I had posted a story to relate about what he said. Sometimes this site is a complete waste of time, I need to remember that myself, I try to be of any help when it comes to tractors and things I know about, don't ask a lot of questions myself, I find its a great place to help others and that is something worthy no matter who you are, this place provides a great means to do that, but don't waste time on other things, they just delete it, something I forget sometimes, good thing I can type reasonably fast LOL !!!!!

If searching for subject matter... I actually get
better results by googling than by using the search
tool here. Then just click the link and it brings me
to the relevant YT discussion.
