Kubota B8200 value

i'm going to be buying a Kubota B8200D out of an estate and was wondering what I should expect to pay for it (in Western CT). It is 4WD without power steering, has Ag tires, 3 point, Manual trans; 9F 3R and 2PTO speeds, a BF300-A quick detach loader and has 803 hours on it (the hour meter only has 3 digits so it could be 1803 but I knew the owner and I believe it may be original). I have tried it and everything works as it should and appears to be in "good" condition and should clean up well. It also comes with a Caroni TC590N 5' finish mower and about a 4' York rake. Any ideas?

Jeff I have sold KUBOTA for 28 years. What you have found is a nice tractor, for most things BUT as a loader tractor not worth a flip. First NO POWER STEERING means if you use the loader it will be hard to steer and eventually end up with steering sector failure. Second the manual transmission is not a good choice for a loader, needs to be a hydrostatic. Again if you use the loader be prepared for clutch failure. Now all that being said what it is worth (To some one who knows) vrs what it will bring a open auction is tow different things. Most folks do not know what I have told you above. At a good estate sale around here it would easily bring $6,500 on up but it,s real worth is somewhere less. You might be happy with it but personally I would not pay a premium price for it.

JM, appreciate the info. I have an industrial Ford with a loader, PS and Power Reverser so Im familiar with the loader draw backs. I drove this Kubota in nasty mud with a good load in the bucket and steering wasn't too bad. The main use would be with the finish mower which a manual trans would be better IMO. Any realistic value info was just what I was loking for. Thanks

Again Wrong on the gear drive for the mower. Here is why first when you push the clutch the mower stops. No live power second with hydro when you hit the place where the grass is high you just back off and go slow then when it get light pedal down and go fast. But don,t let me talk you out of it but there are better tractors out there. The whole deal I still think any thing over $ 6500.00 would be high. Good luck and my e-mail is open if you need help.
