Adding front end loader

Hello, I have a JD 1120 tractor that did not come with a front loader. The hydralics controls in it know controls the updown movement of the rear hitch and two auxilary hook ups coming out attached to the rear. I purchased a 145 loader that is common for that tractor but I am going to have to add more lines to operate boom and bucked. I am looking for a kit to add so I can operate the boom and bucket. Please provide any ino that can make this loader operational. Thanks

This is the way JD recommended to attach a 2 spool ind hyd valve to your tractor. Hose(parts key #22) supplies scv's(rear remotes)

Here is a link to the JD web site part section.
We assume the frame mounts were included with the loader?
The remote located joystick or two stick control is the only way to use a loader. Your Dubuque tractor needs to return the loader oil through the ported filter cover. Otherwise the front pump will cavitate .
txjim kindly included a pertinent diagram.

To simplify, isn't there just a T that goes in a line in place of a double male fitting to hook the pressure line hose to a valve, and you either buy a new filter cup or drill and tap a hole in the side of the existing cup to a half inch pipe thread?

That was all there was to it on my 1020. A mechanic at the dealer drilled and tapped the cup on mine. Said it beat the heck out of spending money for a new cup.

Or is an 1120 some entirely different animal? (never heard of one)

The diagram that Tx Jim provided (thanks) will get you where you want to be. For info rrlund if you are still there the 1120 is a German built tractor marketed in Canada (eh?)that is very similar in its construction to the mighty 1020

In the 3020/4020, etc. you removed the elbow by the brake pedals (line fed the rockshaft), and install a T to get hyd power to an additional valve. Return line can be to a filter cover port or another location to sump.

To install a tee on tractors with a pressure control valve one would need a very short tee to clear pressure control valve A tee(parts key #18 previous photo) was utilized on 1020/2020 tractors that came from factory with no pressure control valve & open center power steering.

You can make it as complex as you want, or you can simply extend the hoses around to the rear of the tractor and connect into the rear remote outlets, and use your remote controls to operate the loader.

I have no idea why you would give such advice?
It was already explain #1 that the 1120 has only one scv . #2 the Dubuque /Mannheim tractors need to have the return oil routed to the transmission filter cover. #3 it was explained that the scv returns oil to the transmission sump, not to the filter cover. This causes high flow loads to starve the front pump.
A "T" in the line feeding the scv will supply the loader joystick valves . Return oil from the loader control valves goes to the filter cover.
Have you even owned, operated or worked on a Dubuque/Mannheim utility tractor?
