Tenants in that category of High living tend to be expecting fully furnished accommodations and a landing strip, they will also fly off without claiming their deposits. Jim

They will have a clear LZ on 3 sides. Behind and to the right they can come in over the trees with little. Best I could do. Hope it works

VFR and a reasonable glide ratio is probably a good plan. Signs indicating traffic patterns are probably overkill. Jim
