Well, it has been raining all day, and work was canceled, so I have been home board. I could be doing school but I am not on my death bed yet.. hehehe.
Anyway, both the 1949 C with the narrow front end, and the 1952 Super C with the wide front end were under cover, so I popped the narrow front off real quick, and then put in on the trailer and hauled it up to the work shop where the Super C was.
Dropped the wide front off of it, literally... And slid the narrow front on... Had a heck of a time trying to get those four studs to line up with the holes, but then I discovered that one of the tires was almost flat, and things were meeting on a "level playing field". Sooo, got that all squared away, and now were are set to jet!
Now if only it would stop raining and I could get outside and go for a ride, and get some pictures of course!
Not sure how long I am going to run it like this, but I am pretty sure I will end up putting the wide front back on it pretty soon, kind of a fun 2 hour project though...
