The South Texas Wheel Spinners and Crank Twisters Antique Farm Equipment Club (that's a long 'un)show and drive will be in Moravia Texas May 3. We need rain but I'm hoping for sunny skies that day.

I'll be there. I'm about an hour south of you in Victoria. About how many tractors you expect to show up? Wish I had a way to get mine up there to join the fun.

Just drive it there. You just said you were only an hour from there. An hour going and another coming back only adds two hours to your ride. (You didn't specify an hour at what speed.)

Well, its a good 60-65 miles. At 10-15-20 mph, that would take a while. Not to mention driving through a few small towns along the way. I feel like it might get a little old and torturous after a while. It sure gets bouncy at higher speeds. Rear tires may have too much pressure. The guy at the tire store set the pressure at about 20 lbs. when he mounted them. Maybe if I let off the pressure 10-12 lbs., it wouldn't bounce as much. Not sure what a nice comfortable high speed would be. Haven't really checked that.

And if I would try driving it, you could bet money that it would rain that day for sure. lol (Murphy's law)

I live in the Manchaca/Buda area but am originally from Moulton. I'll have my Massey Ferguson. Normally the only one you'll see around there.

I love Moulton. I always stop in at Kloesels for a steak when I'm there. Their barley soup is killer too.
