i remember it from old hartford kentucky pulls. may even have it on vhs. certainly wasnt hurting for power! can still see it in my head dragging sled out the door on many occasions. didnt know it was still around.
 
back then, and who knows whats been done to since, but it may have been a 517ci, from lemmons, or a shipman engine. forgive me if im wrong on the builder. i know, a new concept in engines were comming out and his was one of the first ones, it was powerful! you mite go over to the pulling board on this site n ask around over there. alot of good puller knew ol elmer. good ol RED IRON! lol.
