64? 706 serial number 27052 8-y

i am thinking about buying a IH 706 from what i can tell i think this is a 64 year can someone tell me what 8-y means and and the best way to determine 3pt from 2pt hitch, and maybe the going price for one that has 7800 hrs but looks to be in good shape please

Link to official parts catalog suffix ID page (I'm GUESSING what you are seeing is "S-Y" which would mean 12 GPM hydraulics with TA)...

Thank you. the way i read it was 64 from 7073 to 21162 and than 65 from 21162 to 30288 and yes it was an s instead of an 8.
Can you tell me how to look for a 2pt hitch compare to 3 point?
 
A 2point "fast hitch" will have 'sockets' on the end of the arms and no toplink.However,some FH tractors had a toplink plate on the rear.A 3 point will have balls on the arms.Post a pic.....
