Nice looking tractor. How easy is it to load the logs. Hate to see anyone hurt their back. I was thinking maybe a loop welded to the to in front and a chain binder to bring it up. Just a thought. Looks good.
 
ihave a hand crank winch that raises the logs.the end of the log up toward the tractor where you see the chain hanging down there is very little weight on the end of that log.it balances itself out.i can pick that end up easily with one hand then wrap the chain around it.

i built it from 2in oil field pipe.and mostly by the seat of my pants.looked a few over on line and biult it from what i had laying around.
