Another chicken RV

A logger down the road from my place in NY put his chickens in an RV. Makes a great coop and there are many RVs around free for the taking.

good use of materials, what i want to know is if that cord is power for the trailer or cable tv for the chickens lol
 
Actually, in Kentucky we use those as guest houses for our northern neighbors/family members, especially from Michigan. So far, they work great! They never come! :)
 
I would in a heart beat! It would beat the heck out of trying to sleep in the inlaws house with all the noises going on.
 
That a finger lickin good idea! Only problem is what to do with the
chickens when those inlaws arrive to stay over Christmas. I am sure
the chickens wouldn't want to stay in the same RV as them!

Don't let the wrong folks know you have a hen house out back in a camper? They might show up looking for the wimins. LOL
 
We spent this spring in Kentucky. Most of what I saw was more run down then what I see in rural areas of NY and northern MI. Stayed in Burkesville (Cumberland Co.), Camner (Hart Co.), and Radcliffe (Henry Co.). Saw many homes being lived in full time in worse shape then any of our chicken coops.
 
Heck, the wife and I LIVED in one just like that, only a little longer, when we first got married. I bought it when I was still in high school. An old guy that I worked for pulled it to our lot behind his new 190XT. The good old days. Looks like the chickens are happy and secure. Just like we were.
 
If you want to compare, lets compare Lexington with Detroit. You must really be proud of Detroit! It is true that some areas of Ky., like in all states, have really been hit hard by economic times. Having said that, your chickens must live upscale by using the word "any".
