Does anyone know how many of these were made? I see a lot with 4 post ROPS but haven"t seen to many with just fenders. Thanks.

In the 30 series there where a fair number of open station or flat top fender tractors made. The JD 4630 would have been the least common one of the models but it is NOT very rare. I know of four in the surrounding area. They are mostly southern tractors that have been brought north but I have sold a few. Usually they had the 8 speed Syncro range transmission as well. They where just CHEAP horsepower.

By the 40 series there where fewer open station tractors an darn few 50 series but there where several made. I have even seen JD 7000 series open stations tractors. They usually have a roll bar on them.

I would say in the $10-12K range IF they where in pretty good shape. The 1000 PTO kills the market on the JD 4630 or 4640 tractors around here.
