I'm needing to change the Axial piston pump to a gear pump in my 1086. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?

Did my first recently. The hy-capacity directions are kind of hard to follow but I had a good helper over seeing my work. Know need to remove the seat as directions say. At least everything worked when we were done!

I have a salvaged plate and pump, but I'm needing help on the the lines and remote. Hy Capacity wants to sell me directions with a new pump.
You will need a special unloading valve piston to replace the priority valve spool. That might be a problem to get without a kit , don't know for sure. It takes a few hoses and fittings (one with an orfice) . I have instructions laying around somewhere but if I scan them and try to post them on here I am sure I will mess it up. I'm a old mechanic, not computer whiz. If I had an address I could copy them and send them to you.

As you can see, these instructions are not all that great. What it doesn't really tell you is the size of the fittings and hoses etc. I also have the full instructions CASEIH provided that cover the 86 series and 2 plus 2 tractors. It makes you scratch your head a little also and does not indicate size of parts as they are included in the kit. Hoses, fittings, unloading valve spool, orfice, pilot relief valve and filter relief valve(spring loaded screen by pass valve). If the pictures I loaded don't help you out I can still send copies of all of it in the mail.
