How high should I go?

Found this little fellow at a sale close by. How much is it worth? The picture is all that I know about it.

The picture should show a ih 300 farmall. It looks like it has set outside for several years. From what I can tell in the picture, there are no dents in the sheet metal but it is very faded and somewhat rusty. Have no idea what it is worth. If it goes cheap, thought I might buy it and eventually try to restore it.

Still no picture, but look at the tires. They're a huge expense.
As much or more than the tractor in some cases.
Also depends on whether its a row crop or utility version.
I haven't priced a 300 in my area, but it's hard to get $800 out of
an H in field condition. I don't think a 300 would bring too much more.
At least not in my area. Location makes a big difference too.

How high should I go?
