Any of you guys have experience with dyno's on tractors? I am wanting to do this on my EFI tractor to get the fuel tables optimized. I think it would also be a good way to break in new engine.

The recommended way to break in a new motor is so many minutes at a certain % of full power then so many at a higher % then so many at around 90%. And the easy way to do that is on a dyno. I have one for testing my tuning.

(quoted from post at 19:37:18 11/27/13) What size is your dyno?

I have seen some real big ones listed on tractorhouse.

Mine is not that big. It will go up to about 200HP I think.

(quoted from post at 20:27:01 11/27/13) Pretty big for me.

What brand is it, and would you recommend it?

It is a Taylor, and I suppose that I would recommend it. For one guy to work one by himself it is very helpful to have a tachometer on it right next to the pressure gauge.
