I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my post and suggested the catalytic converter as the culprit. I hollowed it out and the truck is running better than ever. Probably gained at least 25hp over it's best day before.
It has never towed so well. I can now tow in O/D and stayed locked up on the flat with an 8500lb trailer. Trans used to run 195-210F, now runs 165-180F. It's a completely different truck.
