Told the story of Him accidentally eating the dog food. He and the rest of the family thought got a big laugh out of it. The same night I posted it he had another light stroke and has lost about 95% of his hearing. As if it was not difficult enough to take care of him already now there is constant screaming trying to get him to understand. Remember us all in your prayers.

Ron,

That is a tough row to hoe. I have been down that, yelling at him will not help. You will have to arrange things for him so that he cannot get at the dog food.

Get a good friend to vent to, you will need it.

Ron, my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. That is not an easy situation to handle and takes a lot of patience and sleepless nights.BTDT, Enjoy the time you have with him as You will miss him when he is gone.

If his motor skills are still good, a small white board and dry
erase markers the size of sharpies may help.
Jot quick notes back and forth then erase them for the next one.
