Went up to Ag Progress today. Met with RollieNEPA for a few minutes. Beautiful day- never got over 70 for a change, which made for a great day for walking, and I guess I really need it....

Knew a fella that had an MM comfort tractor when they first came out. He told me that there was a lot of vacant farmland around after the depression of the 1930's. He said that he didn't require much sleep, so he herded sheep on the vacant land during the day and took a few catnaps while herding the sheep - then he plowed all night in his comfort tractor. He made a lot of money in his lifetime. Unfortunately, his two lazy sons lost it all after he passed away.

Have heard some MM guys say there are only 49 Comfortractors still in existence of the 150 produced.Good pictures.

According to the history on this one, it spent it's entire life in Butler county, Pa. and is one of 80 out of 150 built that are still in existence. Apparantly, it was flipped once, and has had the body work rebuilt on one side. By the way, the speedometer shows 4024 miles on it.....
