Customer Service Team.

I can't believe anyone would fall for this (The print mailing label likely leads to a spy or mal ware download as it is a link) especially since the return e-mail address ends in @giantpostcard.net

I've been getting a similar one that tries to convince me it's from DHL. It has the DHL logo and colors, along with a number supposed to be a tracking number. I went to the DHL website on a new webpage and typed the # in but it was no good - big surprise.

I have gotten that email a few times, but not lately.
For me ---"arrived [b:5172a2be29]at[/b:5172a2be29] August 07".
Bad spelling or grammar is a dead give away for me regardless of how small!!

You say, can't believe anyone would fall for this. You haven't meet my wife. She got a E mail from her bank. They needed to verify her account. Who ever it was (not the bank) got everying, right down to her mothers maden name. Problem is, I would probably fallen for the same thing, it looked very offical. That was over two years ago, both of us have wised up since then. I have life lock on her since then. Who ever it was, cost me around 100.00 every year for that. Just have to be carefull out there. Stan

I was getting it awhile back. Guess they got tired of sending it they have quit. Amazing how stupid some people are. Why don't they get a job and quit wasting peoples time. I still haven't gotten my hundred million from that idiot in Lagos, Nigeria.

Get them all the time. My inbox is set up so that they are automatically flagged as spam & go right to the spam file.

You need to do what I do. I view a computer and the internet the same as I do a TV and the radio. It is just an entertainment tool.

The last one I got was from my daughter who was stuck in London. Needed five thousand to help her get home and pay her hotel bill. Then she was stuck in Paris. Must be cheaper in France. She only needed four thousand to get home. I hope she enjoys France.

I've gotten so many of those, that I notified my
Credit Union to expect many Millions to be deposited, soon! They Panic'ed!,"you didn't give
those scammers your account number, Did you"?
"Nope, just wanted to see your reaction" !

I would have had a lot of fun with that one!!!
"Oh sweetie, trouble again, I'll wire the money western union, same code as last time. Or should I just send It to uncle ralph??. That way you can get it quicker. You could pick it up from him yet today. Only 5000.00?. I'll send an extra 15000.00 for you to shop with. I'll call you in the morning, loved the pics you sent of the Eifel tower. Why the big rush to get home?, you have only been there for 2 weeks. hope Bruno and Rafiel are taking good care of you. So nice you found two nice local boys to show you around. Take care and let me know if you need anything else. Love , Dad"
Would love to be there to see the shocked look on the scammers faces when they read that one!!!

Oh yeah. And watch out for real life scams too. Just the other day young man stops with expensive looking power tools in the back. Same old story about them being leftover form a class he attended and his boss needs to dispose of them. I sent him packing. It wasn't half an hour later I saw another pickup go by on the highway. Same exact load of tools. I wonder how many they sell?
