Brakes on my tractor, when I stopped the tractor to wash it down I put it in neutral and got of the tractor and started to wash the tractor down but as it was on a slight hill it started to move so I rushed around and put my hand on the foot break and that stopped it but I can"t find the hand break does it have one I couldn"t find it any where so I ran around and got on the tractor and moved the tractor to flat land. Where is the hand break or do you have to put it into gear to stop it before getting of the tractor please help me find a solution?

There is no lever there I have looked especially were the hand break is, it is like when you put the slasher in I have to start the tractor with the slasher handle pushed down so to it doesn't grind I put the clutch down but it grates so much that I have to turn the tractor of and then put the slasher handle down it works then.
Thankyou for your help in this matter.
Best Wishes Meryl

not a lever
you push the left brake pedal down and then pull up a t handle by where you right foot normally is at to lock the brake pedal down. you then tap the brake pedal to release the lock
also you can rotate the t handle after pulling it up and it will not drop until you rotate it back and tap the brakes
you should lock both brake pedals together first with the sliding rod on the pedals
you need to push the clutch down even farther than you are now to engage the slasher(PTO)without grinding gears
