How to repair hydraulic pump on a 1961 case 311B tractor

I need to know how to repair a hydraulic pump on 1961 Case 311B. It has a triple range transmission, and a 3 point eagle hitch system. Right now the 3 point eagle hitch system does not work.

Have you checked the fluid level in the hyd, system? Dipstick under fuel tank. The 3pt cylinder packing can fail and dump your hydraulic oil into the rearend, and there will be no visible external leaks. Check oil leven in both compartments.
You will also get more detailed replys by asking your question down on the Case forum, if oil levels are OK.
