What would be a fair value of this tractor; Its in real good condition, like new rubber, 5-bow canopy, Massey Ferguson 14" 3 bottom moldboard plow in a package deal in south Central Texas?

Prices are very regional... here in WI, that would be a $5000 tractor, give or take. But that would depend on which options it has or lacks. (which transmission, manual or power steering, etc.) Add $3-400 for the plow.

I'll guess $4000 for tractor & $350 for plow
Depends on the tractor... A Diesel, 8 speed, with live PTO and PS... 5-6000 if it's real nice. Gas engine will drop it 1000. Lack of PS will drop it another bunch. If it's got a 4 speed transmission... another grand or more discount as that will not have live PTO. Not unheard of for something like that to fall into the 2500 range with gas engine.
The plow... 2-500 depending on how bad someone wants it. Scrap otherwise.
