OT - Old Stove/Range Question

I have an older house, and have this left over gas stove/range. I was wondering if it was worth anything. It appears to be all there. Just needs to be cleaned up and painted.

Can anyone give me more info about this piece, and an idea of what it might be worth? Not a lot of info out there about it on the interwebs.

I would believe, that many old stoves have some value, I do see many of them listed locally on CL, averaging listings seem to be around several hundred dollars + or -. The interest is those who are furnishing old homes with period items such as refrigerators, stoves etc. There is an interest, depends on the buyer, very possible to find someone looking for something like, this. It may not happen over night. Cleaned up, painted or restored, I think you'll get more interest, looks like a nice piece to restore.

I'm sure it is worth something,but I don't know how much ?
Whatever you do leave it original !!! Let the new owner mess with it. Some even have them converted over to modern burners.

My sister had a couple of old stoves I don't think were that old. She sold the oldest one real fast and maybe got 2 or 3 hundred ?
a newer one was only worth around $100 ? not sure if it sold yet ?

Put it on craigslist and start high. If no phone calls lower the price. Once you get where it is to be the phone will ring !

Man, that thing do have a few years on it! Domestic was a well known brand. If there are any reputable antique dealers around, I would advise contacting one of them for information. Older appliances such as that are/were quite collectible. There are places that restore and modernize them for those who are restoring an old house and want period correct appliances.

I looked on ebay... prices are all over the place - so I would take some photos and get valuations from a couple of antique dealers.

It is really neat with the cobalt blue on the door.
