Just bought a gleaner K that seems to be in really good shape. But I would like to know where the best place to get parts online are? Can you still get parts for a K at the agco dealer? A couple belts are starting need attention are the aftermarket belts as good ast the agco belts?

JayDee enterprises for the belts.Just give em the OEM part number and they will cross it.They are half than the dealer and the quality is as good-or better.I've used lots of their belts,am a happy costomer....

I also have a 1970 K. I"ve found most wear parts such as belts, sprockets, beater fingers and guides, etc. are still available through AGCO. Don"t know what engine you have but I just ask for parts for a GM 250 6 cyl at NAPA and have had good luck. Most bearings and chains are common off the shelf sizes.
Parts for straw walkers, variable speed sheaves and drivetrain can be tougher to locate but the machiene is relatively simple so things such as raddle chain slats and cob deflectors I"ve made myself. Good Luck!

Been dealing with JayDee for years- well satisfied. Also Schoup. They"re the reason I first got a farm credit card- simple phone call and stuff is here in a few days. Lots of K parts in yards like Worthington Ag. (888-845-8456)
