Great rust photo - palm trees in the background are neat.

Would it seriously have been used with all those wheels? If yes, I wonder for what purpose.

I don't know what it waas outfitted for, but the area has a good amount of muck soil, but looks like all the additional weight would give it a lot more traction than power.
